Honoring excellence in tourism industry, the TPO Best Award invites you to showcase your exceptional contribution in the following ten award categories.

1. Best Marketing Campaign : This category is open to innovative marketing campaigns that shows evidence on the contribution towards tourism development

2. Best Print Advertisement : This award is open to entrants who published the best advertisement on newspaper or magazine

3. Best Broadcast Advertisement : This award is open to entrants who broadcasted the best advertisement in Radio and TV

4. Best Festival/Event : This award is open to entrants who have an annual tourism festival or event that promotes and encourages travel to your city or adds value to the visitor’s experience

5. Best Promotion CD : This award is open to entrants who have the best visual effect for tourism promotion

6. Best Tourism Brochure : This award is open to entrants who have distributed best visitors’ guide or city tourism brochure

7. Best Website : This award is open to entrants who provided best tourism information and related service through website

8. Best Destination Manager : This award goes to a governmental official who has demonstrated effort in destination stewardship

9. TPO Tourism Industry Leader : This award goes to a tourism business leader who has shown excellence in marketing

10. Best Public Relations Campaign : This award is open to entrants who have performed excellence in media relations and communications to publicize city tourism

Award Category Requirements
1. Best Marketing Campaign Executive summary of the campaign with brief description of the strategy, objective, target, and result
2. Best Print Advertisement Two copies of full-page ad and a description of concept and objective
3. Best Broadcast Advertisement One copy of CD or DVD and a description of content and visual appeal
4. Best Festival/Event Detailed information on programs and services for clear overview and understanding of the festivals and events
5. Best Promotion CD One copy of CD or DVD and description of content and visual appeal
6. Best Tourism Brochure Two copies of brochure and a description of content and visual appeal
7. Best Website HTML file saved in a CD and a description of appearance (overall design layout, graphics, photos and color scheme)
8. Best Destination Manager Report describing your marketing performance and economic benefits in your destination
9. TPO Tourism Industry Leader
10. Best Public Relations Campaign Summary of the campaign with brief description of the planning, execution, and result

Submission with Supporting Materials

• To illustrate and support your submission, include materials such as news releases, examples of media coverage, and collateral materials (posters, brochures, newsletters, etc.).

Photo, CD and/or DVD

• Please send your photo in JPG format, and if you have a CD or DVD that reflects the work, they should ideally be edited to 5 minutes

• All printed materials such as Ad, Brochure, CD, and DVD should be mailed to TPO Secretariat
